This is really B.S because I have asked several of my friends with d.you.I,s if they had to take drug tests and they all answered no. I on the other hand have to take drug tests,and my probation hasn't even started yet!?. I'm thinking its the color of your skin and race that determines if you get tested a stereo type kinda thing. If hes black or latino test him is what there probably thinking.

They can test for anything they want to at anytime. I was on probation twice for DUI and, luckily was never tested by DUI probation but have been tested with regular probation. They probably won't test but be careful b/c they can.

It has nothing to do with the color of your skin. But the your previous criminal record.
But it is standard for officers to so suprise drugs screens on the criminal who is on probation. To be on the safe side. Keep yourself clean during probation. Not touching drugs or getting drug forever would be the best way to go.
