Maybe I'm wrong but I don't see how Tylenol will affect a drug test in any way. They're just looking for illicit drugs in your system and I doubt that Acetaminophen would cause any problems.
If I took 2 tylenol 3 last Friday and take a drug screen thursday will I pass?
