Opana stays in your system the same amount of time no matter what way of administration you take the drug. It should be out in 3 to 5 days if you are a light user and up to 7 days for chronic heavy use. This is the longest amount of time. Some may say up to 72 hours at the most. To be on the safe side I always go with at LEAST 5 days. Are you getting a toxicology UA coming up? If so, this changes things as the metabolites will show a spike in dosage at the time you sniffed.
