I think it's some cold medicines and things like nasal sprays that may on rare occasions set off a false positive for ectasy. If so you can request to take the test again (being sure not to take anything like that) or a specific screening for ecstasy.
Many of the tests now have elevated levels though to prevent use or ingestion of common every day items from setting off false positives (like poppy seeds ect.) and limiting excuses for those that attempt to make them. :-)
