You can't. The Metabolites will remain in your bloodstream once they have been broken down, and will only leave it once they have been fully passed through as waste product.
Most drug cleansing products are scams, and some only work because they contaminate the sample and produce an invalid reading. This will only mean your test will appear suspicious and you will have to take it again.
