I'd comply. I have nothing to hide plus I'd like to keep my job (:
I'd probably go along with it because I have nothing to hide, but if I was concerned about the outcome of the test, I'd look into the legal grounds for asking staff to submit to drug tests. It's not an employer's prerogative in every state.
I would give the drug testing. A job requires that we must do things like that sometimes.
Just do it. If there is a reason to search of alternative methods, google it an try it, it can't be worse than it is now, right :)
If I wanted to keep my job, I would comply. That is a no brainer.
