Usually they won't stay in your system more than 6 hours or so. If you were to be tested and dextromethorphan bromide showed up you could always just say you were sick and took some cough medication, because that's just what it is.

Yeah they wont but dude just letting you know I get high nothing rong with that but you don't want to mess with Triple c I had two friends get a tumor from those it was really nasty puss and stuff .
in all honesty it will still show in a lab urine screen, so i need to know how long it would be in my system
