You might can.....the big question here is why did the judge order it. My sister and her ex husband and my sisters boyfriend that she lived with were all ordered to take a drug test with in 24 hours by a family court judge. One of them was accusing the other of doing drugs so the judge said fine all of you take a drug test by the end of the day.....I don't know what the judge would have done if either of them failed the test.
