I don't think you should have done this. This will make it look like you peed more than you really did. Plus, they may find bacteria from your mouth that come off of the bottle. If you have any problems, they may not be detected due to the dilution of the water. It sounds like you're dehydrated if your urine is dark and you aren't able to go above the fill line.
