A 10 panel drug screen does not test for Suboxone. There is a special test for it. They have to test specifically for buprenorphine (Suboxone) for it to show up. It is normally only tested for by the doctor or clinic prescribing it to test the levels of it in the system. If you only took 1/2 pill one time, it would be out of your system in 3-5 days.

They would have to test for Buprenorphine which is the main drug in Suboxone. Suboxone only shows up if they test for it specifically. It does not show up as an opiate.
