Codeine and cocaine are derived from the same source so there is a strong possibility that this could give you a positive result.

The codeine is an opiate and not related to cocaine so you would not test positive for cocaine because of that but some antibiotics can give you a false positive so I think the cleocin is more likely the one that could be causing the false positive.
