Well because Vyvanse turns to dextroamphetamine in the body when taken. Do you not realize what Vyvanse is. It is an amphetamine used for ADD and ADHD and narcolepsy. All you have to do is show whoever gave you the test the prescription for Vyvanse and you will be fine. Unless you don't have a script and have been getting them from a friend or on the street, then you would be screwed. But sorry to say this, but its time to wake up and realize what kinds of meds you are taking. This is a dumb question that you asked. Just being honest here. What did you think Vyvanse was?
