I feel conflicted answering this question as I suspect you have to take a drug test and will not pass if you were to just take it. It depends on the amount of meth you have in your system. If you are an addict and have ingested large amounts over a long time then I have to tell you there probably isn't much you can do about it. The only thing I know that MAY work and I stress MAY is large (over 2000 mg) of vitamin B. It can possibly cause diarrhea, but it has been shown to flush out meth from the system. I must suggest that instead of trying to fool a drug test you seriously consider treatment.
