I take a half of efferdent the night before a drug test after taking a pill or two by putting the half in a shot glass letting it dissolve shoot it followed by a full glass of water than one more glass of water and making sure I pee than I start drinking dark colored liquids to make my pee look normal and passed every drug test even court ordered test so you at that top don't know what your talking about. It keeps you clean forever or until you take another pill but my friend failed hers for smoking pot so I don't think it removes that
