With the exception of alcohol, which passes through your system in a short time via the urine, a number of drugs are stored in the body...the fat tissues. To be more specific, we would need to know the drug or drugs, your height / weight or body fat index, and when you used the drug(s). Running and drinking water over a period of time will move the drugs out of your system, assuming you aren't taking more, you are "sweating" or reducing your body fat, and you allot yourself time for your body to eliminate the drug(s) from your system. Please be advised that some company's take blood or use hair to test for drugs...if this is the case, the ability to scope out drugs is better and it will take much longer to expunge the traces from your system. Good luck
I just had a friend pass a test after 9 days... I've passed after 10 days... It's not a problem as long as you don't smoke a lot, lose weight by exercising and watching your calorie intake, and just make sure that you flush your system... If you're dead tired every day it's a good sign you might be able to pass.... But workout every day
Working out only speeds up your metabolism temporarily. It does not speed it up enough to get drugs out of your system any quicker.. Drinking a lot of water also will not get drugs out of the system quicker.
Drugs are detected up to 30 day's after you did the drug doesn't mater how much you work out and drink water !When you want to try it ,it helps when you drink hot water approximate 1 Gallon, but it must be as hot as you can stand it !!! ( Tip from a Drugi ) .
It depends on what drug you used. If it is weed, you are not going to get it out any quicker through exercise & drinking since it is stored in the fat & is very slow moving through the system. With other drugs, you may be able to speed things up a bit by working out & drinking but it's not going to be out of your system overnight.
