Drink plenty of water,while taking an over the counter water pill,but take potassium either by eating it,like bananas,orange juice. Or a potassium tablet over the counter.you have to drink atleast 1 gallon a day,if you can drink more do it.take the potassium as directed on the bottle or box.I am not a doctor,so there for I am not responsable for if anything would happen while doing this.I use to do this to get other drugs out of my system and it's the safest and the cheapest too.good luck!!
