If you used the peroxide method before your heroin drug test then you sure as hell better believe that you failed dude.
Heroin metabolites remain in the system for weeks, especially if injected as opposed to smoked etc...
Swab tests aren't always super accurate, so you may have a slither of a chance, but one of my friends was busted for coke on a swab test after a week and a half, so there are no guarantees.
There are companies that offer super fast 24 detox for heroin, weed, MDMA, all sorts of drugs... Most of them look like they used to make corporate videos back in the 90s though so I dunno how much you can trust them. Take a look and see what I mean:
