Opiates are generally the fastest through your system, around 98% is metabolised in its first pass through your liver, usually a mere 24 hours is enough to for it to clear your system
Opiates are centrally acting and narcotics. Medically, opiates derivatives can be used as pain killers when prescribed by doctor. Opiates include morphine, heroin, codeine, opium etc. Each of these drugs have different timings of excretion.
Excretion time of these drugs depends upon duration of use and body weight. Their excretion in case of prolong use and high body weight takes place in more days than in occasional user with low body weight. Opiates usually excreted through urine withing 2-4 days but their traces can be found in hair follicles for 90 days.

So if I havent used in 8 months n I injected a forty bag saturday and might have a urine screen on monday will my urine be clean??
Opiates are detectable through blood 6-24 hours.
I want to know specifically at what rate codeine will leave my bloodstream? If I take a 30mg codeine tab, how long will it be before I am legal to drive?
You can still drive after 30mg of codeine. If your prescription is telling you not to drive then there is probably something else in it. 30mg isn't really all that much.
