Impossible to tell because "spice" is a mixture containing chemicals with little to no research on humans and things like spice are notorious for not listing their ingredients accurately.
That said, its very unlikely any standard drug test would check for those things because there are literally hundreds of chemicals that could be in there.
Stay away from that crap, it costs hundreds of millions of dollars to approve a drug for human use for a reason! The stuff in products like "spice" has usually only been tested on rats.
