Adipex is non narcotic and will not show up on a drug test.
Will Adipex-p Show Up On A Urinalysis?
It depends on what urine drug test they are doing. I work in the ER and we do not test for that but most places that are doing urine drug screen for new hire and checks while you are on the job test for that drug family.
