Not only is it possible...I was just released from the hospital where they found cocaine and Pcp in my system. I have never done Pcp and the chances of it being given to me are so slim that it defys logic. I did some research and found several stories in medical journals that said that Tramadol does in fact show a false positive for Pcp.
