It is definitely still in your body four hours post ingestion, no question about it. Concerta is designed to be a long lasting, slow release ritalin dosage if I'm not mistaken. The question lies in whether or not (#1) they look for it in the urine and (#2) it shows up in the urine (which I believe it should). Good luck!
