Find access to an infrared sauna and go for two 30 minute sessions each day...and drink a litre of water before and after going in. Take vitamin c and glutathione supplements...and drink an antioxidant drink like Phytoberry every day. It's loaded with really good antioxidants like goji berry, acai berry, pomegranate, indian gooseberry, cranberry, green tea, white tea, etc. Eat high fiber foods (fruits and vegy's, etc) and be sure to avoid foods that are high in fat. Last but not least, do some form of aerobic excersise everyday...and remember to keep drinking water throughout the day. Your body should be clean within a week.
