First and foremost, stop using at least 96 hours before drug test. You can buy a lot of 'cleaners and scrubbers, but what I have done in the past is go down and by 3 gallons of grapefruit juice and fruit punch. Immediately begin drinking one gallon of each everyday before the test.
When you are filling the cup up, do not let the beginning of pee to go in the cup, wait a couple of seconds before you start filling the cup. The bad or dirty blood cells are the first to be evacuated, so if you wait a couple of seconds you will be providing the cleanest piss test possible. There is also 'synthetic' urine you can purchase at heads shops and online. Just be careful not to get ripped off by false and untested products.
