The ph and other things change.  Best bet- do not keep in fridge for more that 12 hrs.  You can freeze urine for months and it will stay good and undetectable on a drug test that it is old.  Remember- all drug tests test the TEMPERATURE of the urine as well as the chemicals, ph, chemistry, etc.  So you have to have the pee between 97 and 102 degrees before submitting it to the drug test.  Hope this helps.

12hours would be the max for you to get any sort of accurate results. But it also depends on what kind of test your needing done on that urine

I was doing some research on this topic and while most of the companies trying to sell you clean urine say the same thing but this site:

So I'm not sure of which to believe, In health care settings there are urine in the refrigerator they (as in health care) advise testing it within 6 hrs, but the also do more specific testing. Such as Liver fx studys, and other non-drug things. So...it's not a "sure thing" best thing to do is just be clean... Or take your chases. Hope this helped a little.
