If you have to use it, it gets in your system and I would say it would. My mother in law uses it 4 times a day, but they don't test to see if it's in her system. It's not a narcotic, so I don't see why one would even look for it in a drug test.

If you have to do a lung capcity test, then yeah they will be looking for it. They only screen for certain drugs, if they are worried about having asthmatics around (for a job) they will check the drug test for all asthma drugs.
