Will Lipozene show up as a false positive or come up as anything on a u/a drug test?

No, it's unlikely that Lipozene well show up in a drug test as a false positive for meth.

The reason being that the key active ingredient in Lipozene is Glucomannan, which is nothing like methamphetamine, so getting the two mixed up is very unlikely. 

Lipozene medication also usually contains caffeine though, hence the comparisons with meth maybe? Both caffeine and methamphetamine increase heart rate and bodily activity (although have very different effects on the central nervous system).

What I would say is that you should be careful with that stuff nonetheless.

It's not technically FDA approved, and it's marketed as a cure for a bunch of different ailments - often with no/little medical proof to back the claims up.
