Nothing will "help you pass". The best you can do is drink as much fluids as you can between now and your test date. If you are talking about opiate pills, this time can range from a few to 6 or 7 days. Of course you are non specific and there are a LOT of other types of "pills" with varying times needed to get said drugs out of your system. In any case, all you can really do is STOP TAKING THEM and drink a lot of water.
Let me makes this clear though, these "detox" products DO NOT WORK.
