Ecstasy stay detectable in your body on an average 3-5 days depending on weight and age. MDMA is usually detectable in urine for 24-72 hours after use. Less than 1% of MDMA remains after 48 hours. MDMA usually is metabolized within 48 hours and therefore the urine would be clean 24 hours after. This amount will not be detectable in blood or urine samples. However, Ecstasy users may test positive for amphetamines in the standard drug test. MDMA is not tested specifically for in the standard urine drug tests. However MDMA users do test positive for amphetamines (the two drugs are chemically similar). Also, many tablets of street ecstasy are not pure MDMA and frequently ecstasy tablets may contain other substances in addition to MDMA. I would try to know what substances you're taking in your pills and look up how long each one stays in your system. One can never be too sure what exactly is your pill. A partial list of substances known to have been detected in Ecstasy tablets includes:

MDA, MDMA, MDEA, MBDB, MDOH
Methylone, Ethylone, Butylone
Amphetamine, Methamphetamine
Ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine, Phenylpropanolamine
4-MTA, PMA, PMMA, PMEA, Mephedrone, Methedrine
BZP, DBZP, MBZP, mCPP, MDBZP, meOPP, pFPP
2C-B, 2C-E, 2C-I, 2C-T-2, 2C-T-7, 5-MeO-DiPT, AMT
Dextromethorphan, Ketamine
Acetaminophen/Paracetmol, Caffeine
Certain other agents such as cocaine and heroin are rarely, if ever found in such tablets.

Most of these will show up in a urine test. If you're worried about testing positive for Ecstasy than I would invest in some detoxifying products or/and a drug testing kit to insure that you're clean.
