Don't have an exact answer for you all I know is Sunday, November 9th of last year I let a friend talk me into trying adderall... Bad choice. Worst decision I ever made. By the end of the day I had done 2 1/2 10mg pills. I had to take a urinalysis that Thursday, November 13, 2008. I popped for dextromethamphetamine (I'm sure I messed up the spelling). So the 4 day thing is accurate I'd give it 5 to be safe. But again, unless prescribed by a doctor please don't risk any medication or take more than prescribed. Especially if you get regularly tested.
If your currently taking it, it will show up,however, adderall is one of the iffy drugs that companies and a standard lab may not test for. Most of the time your being tested for3 things.
