That depends on what you smoked in the Hookah. If it was tobacco than they will not test for this. Hookah isn't that strong. Hookah shouldn't do anything. Its way less strong than cigarette smoke and its filtered through water. You shouldn't be worried about hookah unless you mixed it with something else.
