Adderall is an Amphetamine and will test positive. If you have a legitimate prescription then there is nothing to worry about it is legitimately there. It is not a false positive due to the fact that the medication is the drug.
I took adderall a couple of weeks ago and my hair follicle test came back positive for methamphetamine...which I have not taken...why? It may cost me a job.
