Not a chance whatsoever ! Personally, anyone who messes with heroin doesn't deserve to pass any test! Best way to pass is to get off and away from that garbage and clean up your act! Lot's of places where you can get help but you have to want to do it! Get clean!!!
I really hate to tell you this but with modern day testing methods for drugs, these tests can actually detect drug usage for up to 6 months after the last usage. So I seriously doubt you'll pass.
Might as well be honest here as they'll know anyhow and water really doesn't help except keep you hydrated. So it's up to you here as to what you want to do but being honest may go a long ways here since youre probably going to fail.
