How Long Will IV Fentanyl Stay In Your System? When Does It Become Safe To Do A Urine Screen?

Let me tell all your rude people out there. You have no right to call anyone else dumb for there addiction. I have been an addict for 12 years and have been on methadone for 3 months. At one time I used to eat patches everyday at least 3 100mg a day. Unless you are in an addicts shoes you have no idea how hard it is. So keep your rude comments to yourself. These people need motivation, not criticism. And by the way, your calling these people stupid. Where you just not looking on this website? Now who's stupid!

Fentanyl has a half life of seven hours (average, within a range of 3-12 hours dependent on biological processes), and is excreted via urine, so I imagine that you'll be fine by the next day.

The Fentanyl from patches is so concentrated that it does not show up in a urine screen. I am prescribed patches and am asked to leave urine samples regularily for other opiate use and the Fentanyl does not show up.

Most of the people on this thread (addicts or not) are stupid because the question is HOW LONG DOES IT STAY IN YOUR SYSTEM...not is it ok to be addicted or do you think I'm dumb because I eat it? Please...stick to the topic so people who are looking can get answers.

Is anybody on the 600mcg of fentanyl lollipops if so how long before it is out of system and urine?

Fentanyl stays in the system 3 days. I used a patch the other day and barely felt it.. But I put the patch on my skin. Just wondering, how was the high from that? I never chewed the patch before and am curious.

Well I'm a Sever drug addict, I recently stopped using heroin because of my parole urinalysis, and started to substitute my addiction for alcohol.  Everyday I shoot vodka intravenously in a 100 cc suringe, I was told it takes 24 hours for it to leave your body. I havent had any problems with my pee tests does anyone know the exact amount of time it takes compared to drinking it?

That's right , you shouldn't critize other people fir their addiction, it's rude. We all have flaws, and we all have made mistakes. Who are you to say anything anyway, nobody is better than anybody.
