Klonopin (clonazepam) generally does not cause a positive reaction for benzo's in a urine drug screen. The reason for this is because benzodiazepine drug tests typically screen for oxazepam, a metabolite of most benzodiazepines. Clonazepam is not metabolized into oxazepam and therefore usually does not cause a positive result for benzo's. The drug test needs to screen SPECIFICALLY for clonazepam to get a positive result.
No I have taken 2 mlg klonopons twice a that for 5 years and taken several drug tests for jobs and it has never came up..klonoin is a benzo so unless they are testing for benzos which your average urine test does not, it will not show up
Yes, it does. It is a benzodiazepine, which they test for.
I am not sure but I have heard 3to5 days
Yes its a Benzo & will show up as that. They can then do a more diffinative test to see which benzo it is!
I take have taken .5 mg of klonopin 3 times a day for the past 6 years, I recently had to tak a 9 panel drug test for employment that also includes the tests for benzos and it came up negative for benzos, if you take valium or xanax or ativan it will probably come up positive depending on how much you take and how many days you stop taking it before the test.
Yes klonopin will show
I have been taking kaladapins and they never show in my drug screen the dr almost cut me off but had me come in take one in front of him and sit there for an hr and re tested me, when it still showed up negative he realized it was the test and apoligized.
