You can buy certain hair shampoos that claim to rinse the traces of THC (the active ingredient of marijuana) out of your hair. However, it is relatively unproven how effective these products are.

Can I pass a hair drug test if I only smoked cannabis once?
  • Typically, hair follicle tests can detect a wide range of drug use for up to six months, and in some cases up to a year previously.
  • Hair drug testing is normally only used for security-sensitive employment tests, in which there is zero tolerance to a history of abusive substance use.
  • Usually only the head hair is tested, but if a person has lost their hair, then it is also possible to test facial hair, underarm hair, arm, leg, or pubic hair.
  • Products that claim to reduce the trace of THC provoke wide scientific debate. Some studies have shown that it is difficult to remove the traces of THC from hair. In contrast, other studies have proven that THC does not fully deposit itself in epithelial cells, so it may be possible to reduce the amount of cannabinoids within a hair sample.
So - if you're willing to give one of these hair shampoo products a go, then by all means go for it, but remember that they are by no means one hundred percent reliable. The best way to pass a hair test would be not to do drugs for three or more months.

You can go to your local smoke shop. They have shampoo for your hair.

The directions generally say to wash hair one hour before the test with a clean unused towel.

Also there is this liquid drink that is a complete body cleanser. It has a horrible taste but it also cleanses your system of all toxins, not jut weed.
