It will not show up as an opiate. Methadone is a synthetic opiate thatdoes not metabolize in any form of morphine, so NO, it will not show upas an opiate on a drug test. Now the probation officer can have aspecific test for methadone its self. If it is a UA drug test then itprobably will not show up, but there could be a specific test strip forMethadone. So it is possible. If the PO sends your urine to be testedat a lab then YES, they should find it.

Probation has a Single test card they use that specificaly tests for methadone.  But if you take morphine like me and shoot dope then taking methadone to help your withdrawl will prolong the dope (Morphine) from getting out of your body, instead of the dope getting out in 2 to 3 days it will take more like 3 to 5 days to get out. So give yourself a few extra days if your drinkning or poping dones after your shootin dope or popin opiates. I gota go see my po tomm ill be 5 days clean wish me luck,
