This depends on a variety of different factors. Which include your body's rate of metabolism, the amount you have taken, your weight and your gender.

How long does Lyrica stay in your system?
  • Generally speaking, most medications are disposed of by the body within twenty-four hours after they were last taken. They are certainly not detectable in the bloodstream of a user after this period of time.
  • Other tests may be able to detect the presence of the drug for a slightly longer period of time, however.
If you are still uncertain how long Lyrica is present in your system for, then it would be best to contact your local doctor or pharmacist.

  • Lyrica is used primarily for the treatment of epilepsy, and as additional therapy for adults who experience partial seizures with or without secondary generalisation.
  • It can also be used to treat central and peripheral neuropathic nerve pains among adults, which could be caused by diabetes, the neuropathy that follows shingles (post-herpetic neuralgia) or by a spinal cord injury.
  • Lyrica may also be used to treat generalised anxiety disorder among adults.

I can't see why they would test you for it in the first place. It is not a drug that is even tested for in an extended drug test, so unless they are testing you for it for some weird reason or it is the reason behind you having to take the drug test in the first place, you should have nothing to worry about.
