It will show up as you took cough meds they can't really question you about that. But I'm not sure where you are from because now they sell those over the counter so you may need to show your prescription for it.
Triple C is, Dextromethorphan and it (DXM or DM) is an antitussive drug. The standard drug screen would not be for a drug such as triple C. But to be honest from what I have read about it. Maybe it is time that it is tested for. If you are using this for a way to get high, you should think twice about it. Is that high worth giving up your life? Think about it.
