First cocaine only stays in your system for 48 hours. The longest it will be in your system would be 72 hours but to be on the safe side the best thing to do is drink plenty of water and use the restroom as much as you can. Also about two hours before you take a urine drug test drink as much water as you can try to pee at-least two times before you go for the test. When you go to take the test start to pee a little then put the cup under it but before you get done move the cup and finish.don't keep the cup there the whole time because the last little bit will be dirty.I know all this because I am a nurse and I have to do it all the time so trust me.
