Just depends on how much you have smoked in the past. Say you smoked last week. If you haven't smoked in two to three months and just took a few puffs then you should be alright just drink lots of water and use the bathroom a couple of times. It also has to do with your fat percentage. THC tends to store in fat. So the smaller the better. Just drinks lots of water and don't smoke anymore. Just quit for good your better than that.
